While there is a vast amount of support and groups for prospective searchers within MBA programs, there seems to be less for mid-career folks interested in ETA. What are the best networks for mid-career professionals interested in learning more and connecting with others in this space?

Masterminds / paid courses and groups are an option - if you get sticker shock, consider how much many of the MBA searchers are paying...it's quite a bit less than that. Of course you can develop connections without a paid group, organically and over time, I would just expect it to take longer. For that route - of course post here with an introduction and what you're looking for (both in an acquisition and in networking) so relevant people can come to you. Seek out entrepreneur and acquisition events in your city. Post on your socials about what you're doing to help identify folks you know who may be on a similar path. Once you've identified some like-minded folks, consider starting your own mini-accountability group if everyone is interested, or hold periodic calls individually.

I'd also check out this blog. Jim Sharpe was a mid-career searcher, and there's a section on mid-career search on the site. https://jimsteinsharpe.com/
