Best resources for learning how to model a B2B service business?

Hi, Im looking to model HVAC or Elevator repair type busiensses. I have access to Wall street prep through my school, but I dont think the PE modeling course is applicable after having clicked through it. Does anyone have any good recs or templates for modeling deals like this? I want to learn how to do it.
