Hi All,

What are the best resources for sourcing deals that are on the market? Does anyone have advice on sourcing 'offline' deals/finding owners that have not put their business up for sale but may be looking?

Also, does anyone have any business brokers that they would highly recommend?

Thanks!

We have had a lot of success with our drip campaigns. It starts with targeting the industry you are wanting to purchase in. The email campaigns are built utilizing the templates from the book Marketing Made Simple. The key to the drip campaigns is finding the right person to talk to at the companies. We have tool that allows us to get personal emails and personal cell phone numbers for the actual business owners. They are usually more than willing to have a conversation if you share your value proposition upfront. It can be hard getting past the gatekeepers, ie secretaries, when you are cold calling to a business owner who does not have the business listed. Blue Sky does offer buy side services if you are interested in having a conversation and learning more.
