Best Relationship-based Personal/Small Business Bank (Optimized for Owners)?
I've been a BofA customer since 1997, so they've been my default for business banking as my needs have expanded over time (three business accounts along with personal accounts there now). I am in the process of setting up admin infra for an acquisition and am considering alternatives to find the best relationship bank for owners. I hear a lot of good things about Chase who seems to have the whole Client 360 concept best implemented (recognizing there are still major gaps in the industry in this regard). I have business credit cards with Citi (American Airlines partner), so would consider them as well, though I imagine personal/private banking outside of NYC area is challenging. Who do you love and why?
