Dear all, do you have any best practices to share when approaching german banks for financing? - when to approach - what to approach them with - how to manage them during due diligence? Thinking of us right now is to - share them a 3-5 pager teaser (anonymous) containing financials, company, transaction structure (before LOI), - then once interested have a first conversation (mention timeline & get their questions), - post LOI and initial red flag DD phase -> send them a comprehensive package.
