Hi All, I'm on the final stretch of closing on a light manufacturing company. Current owner outsources accounting to a local bookkeeper and uses an additional CPA for taxes. He's had trouble collecting AR. I'd like to optimize the cash cycle so it's the most efficient use of my time possible. I'll be acting as GM for the foreseeable future. There is operating software in place that takes a lead through quote, order, production and invoice and quickbooks from there.

I'm looking for a software piece to email invoices, payment reminders, AR report, etc. to API in. Also open to a whole new solution.
Thanks!
Ethan

Easiest would be built in automation with QB. Next level would be an industry specific CRM that ties into QB, which should have some automation capabilities. Also, plug for outsourced accounting. We handle bookkeeping but only as part of our Controller service. Feel free to shoot me an email redacted

How about a small fractional accounting team that handles the bookkeeping/controller functions and provides you with top notch financial reporting and CFO Advisory? We do that. Happy to chat, I think you'd be surprised at the bang you'd get for your buck. redacted
