Hey all!

While I have experience managing operations and people, I don't have a background in finance or cash flow management. I want to learn and grow in this area while searching, as I understand the importance of it in running a small business. I am looking for recommendations on the best way to educate myself in these areas - a specific course, book, class, resource, etc.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I was in a similar situation so I went through the introductory course on Accounting Coach. It covered financial terminology/definitions, how to read financial statements, financial ratios, cash flow management, etc. And, there's a free option. It could be a good place to start. https://www.accountingcoach.com/
