Best Data Enrichment Solutions?

I use Grata to find companies I'm interested in contacting but as you all know (or will find out), these platforms don't always have the the best contact info available for SMBs.

What are people using for data/contact enrichment? I few I've started to look into include Clay or GetCohesive.AI. Other options people like?

I'm also considering offshore help but first looking for some bulk options (where I list the company domain or LinkedIn URL to the find owners and contact info).

Clay is probably overkill here unless you plan to build an outbound engine too. I'd probably lean towards Apollo.
Another method I've used is to grab the NAICS code from DataAxle then post a fixed price project for X amount of leads on Upwork or the like.
