Best Bank Lenders?

Who are the best bank lenders you've seen in terms of being constructive on leverage (i.e. targeting 3.0x senior leverage). We have two LOIs for 1.6m of EBITDA. They are service businesses with strong recurring revenue and FCF conversion.
