Looking for two referrals: 1) Texas healthcare attorney with behavioral health reps: MSO/friendly-PC structures, fee-splitting, corporate practice doctrine, MSA fair-market-value structuring. Non-licensed ownership is the crux, so prefer someone who has done this specific thing rather than adjacent healthcare work. 2) A behavioral health operator or practice-management consultant who has run a multi-clinician outpatient practice.
