This is a little outside the search box, but as a former successful searcher, I wanted to see if anyone had any interest here.

18 months ago, I launched an addiction/mental health treatment center here in North Florida, based on my own experience in recovery. As far as I’ve been able to research, it’s been the highest growth in the country for a PHP/IOP program. We are at a run rate EBITDA of 700-800K/year in 18 months with continually accelerating growth.

I’m likely not a search target, as I think the expected multiple wouldn’t fit, and there is probably too much key man risk. At the same time, I’d be open to a growth round, as I think we’ve kind of unlocked the key to helping people and running a successful business in this very important market.

At this point, I’m happy with the cash flow, but my main priority is to help as many people as possible. If anyone wants to discuss a potential $3-6mm growth round to launch additional locations, I’d love to discuss. I would want the right partner for this, as the work is too important. Last search was The Pet Loss Center, with 7 locations across the US, with a 25% IRR, in a much more difficult industry.
