Been talking to a lot of searchers lately. Sourcing keeps coming up as the real grind.
Had a bunch of conversations with searchers and buyers recently about where the process actually hurts. The thing that keeps surprising me: how often finding good deals comes up as the hardest part. I figured diligence or financing would dominate, but a lot of people say the real grind is just sifting through listings to find something worth pursuing. Curious if that holds for the people here. Is sourcing actually the painful part, or is it just a few loud voices? Where does it break down most for you?
