Becoming a broker/finder

Hi everyone,
After working for a search fund and learning how to conduct a search, how to contact potencial sellers, what types of companies do search funds look for... I'm thinking about start brokering deals.
The idea is to start building deal flow, and develop relationships with several potential buyers (e.g. search funds, family offices...).
Any advice on doing that?
