Banks in Mobile Home Park Space

Hi everyone,

I’m in the MHP space and have a reputable board around me.
We will be primarily looking for solid off-market deals with an intent to keep the seller in at around 40% if possible.
I’m looking for lenders who loan in this space and would be willing to use the seller’s equity as our equity.

Any advice, tips, push in the right direction is greatly appreciated.
