Does anyone have any experience looking at companies in the background screening industry? Currently looking at a small deal and would be interested in getting anyone's take on the industry since I'm an outsider.

Depends somewhat on what kind of background checking, i.e. high end C-level type (more p.i. type work) or on the other end of the spectrum commoditized criminal background and driver license check.
