Background Check on Sellers and Key Employees

Has anyone done red flags background checks on sellers and key employees? If so, what vendor did you use and would you recommend them?

I own a SaaS business that does these checks and we focus 100% on the private market. We have a pay-per-use model and our fees are much less than what I usually see for this service. redacted

Yes I highly recommend doing background check your lawyer can usually do it I used my law firm for the PSA and backrgound checks they were great. LMK if you want an introduction.
