Has anyone done red flags background checks on sellers and key employees? If so, what vendor did you use and would you recommend them?

Yes I highly recommend doing background check your lawyer can usually do it I used my law firm for the PSA and backrgound checks they were great. LMK if you want an introduction.

This is a good idea. Especially if the employee will have access to the company credit card.
