Has anyone done red flags background checks on sellers and key employees? If so, what vendor did you use and would you recommend them?

I own a SaaS business that does these checks and we focus 100% on the private market. We have a pay-per-use model and our fees are much less than what I usually see for this service. https://www.usetract.com/
