hi everyone....I just came back here, took a few months break to help my wife open a franchise location...learned a lot in the process!! Part-time searcher, been looking for a while on and off. Geo constrained to the 3-state area, industry agnostic, $500k SDE. I haven't had a easy time to find "good" deals, lots of junk out-there, very time consuming to swift through all of it....willing to invest in some tools/automation to help with that, if anyone has any ideas let me know. Also looking to join a peer group to bounce off ideas, colaborate, even partner. So far I was skeptical, but now I'm open to partnerships, co-invesmtents, etc... I would rather have 30-50% of 2-3 good SMBs, than 100% of nothing.
