My partner and I are looking to close on this deal in late Sept/early Oct. We are in the process of signing the purchase agreement this week and it looks to be a pretty clean deal, from a lending perspective. We are looking for an investor who can bring operational/scale experience as we look to grow the business in two key areas: 1) e-commerce 2) outside sales, greater geographic reach, additional locations We have up to $100k available to offer an investor - with favorable terms - for someone who can provide experience/insight to us as we look to scale the business in the two key areas.
