Excited to join the community! I'm a first-year MBA student at Wharton. I'm seriously considering entering the search fund space after graduating, but in the meantime have been advising a company in Southern California that provides compliance and commission management software for financial institutions. Two owners have been with the business for several years and are hoping to generate some liquidity.
