Axial worth it?

I’ve been looking for good sourcing sites and heard more about Axial including from podcasts.

The terms seem unappealing and maybe I’m missing something, but potentially disproportionate to the value they bring.

I’d love to hear if anyone has experience with them and if they’d recommend staying away or if it’s worth it. Thanks!

Most of the deals Axial sends me have not been worth my time. Partially, my fault because the deal criteria I set was overly broad, so that I could get a feel for the type of deals they offered. However, there was one deal they sent that was very attractive, and I didn't see it anywhere else. Unfortunately, the seller pulled the deal because of unrealistic price expectations.

Axial certainly has its place. I’m about to launch www.searchassistant.io focused on optimizing the deal sourcing process for individual buyers, but I’d still recommend at least having Axial turned on with it set up to filter out known brokers so you’re getting access to deals you wouldn’t find on any other platform or service.
