I currently run an aviation business (FlyUSA) that is on track to generate $80M in revenues this year. FlyUSA has 4 profitable lines of business, one of which is a maintenance and repair organization (MRO) that is quickly approaching $10M in revenue.

Due to the number of acquisition targets I see in the MRO space, I was about to begin a search for a CEO to carve that business out and build it independent of the core FlyUSA business. After thinking about this, I realized it might be a great opportunity for a Tampa Bay based searcher.
