Hi there, really new to the space.

I'm wondering if there is a recommended tech stack to get searching? Any automations, tools, hacks that people are willing to share to help someone get started? Looking for ideas to speed up searching at scale, analysis, outreach at scale?

I provide VA services and have worked with handful of searchers in orders to build email list for them to find the off-market deals, researched on brokers and on-market deals, etc.
