A few months ago I set out to solve a problem for myself. I wanted to explore if it would be possible to leverage AI to automate my brokered search. It's been around a month since my first post where I shared the concept and since then I've had 30+ demo calls and many email exchanges with the amazing ETA community here on Searchfunder. The idea is quite simple: you enter your search criteria, and our AI scans a database of listings to find matches. Each match is assigned a percentage score, helping you quickly identify the best opportunities. Plus, whenever a new listing that meets your criteria is added to a broker's website we source from, you receive an email notification, keeping you ahead in your search.
