Target is the cornerstone investment for a growth & consolidation play in the immature & fragmented neurodiversity support sector. Currently operates across B2C (transition-to-employment & early career programs, most NDIS eligible) and B2B (recruitment, onboarding and training for people leaders, underpinned by multi-year contracts).
