Hi, can anyone recommend counsel for a <$10MM acquisition of an Austrian GmbH? Ideally someone with experience in tech. Thank you!

Sry, I cannot really help with this particular case. From my experience, you need one of the bigger lawyer's offices. Don't go with the small ones, as they usually don't have much overseas' experience. Hi Roushan- is the buying entity an American entity? If so I could point you in the right direction. My firm is panel counsel for a European country, through an international association. So I believe they will have counsel who can help you..Send me a message.
