I have a buy-side client, that is a practicing attorney, that was seeking a business to passively operate. We located several great options for him, but as we've explored the offerings in the EV range he's seeking - we've determined the best fit would be to partner with a searcher that is going to be the day-to-day operator.

He is an extremely kind and experienced person and would make a great partner and active advisor.

Funds available $100-200K, and he does not want to be part of a mix of many investors on a cap table. Really looking for a searcher or self-funded searcher that wants 1 capital/advisor partner in the business.

Central Texas is preferred.

Hey Sarah, I’m representing a strong Operator/Searcher in the SW Michigan region. They would have $100k skin in the game plus the day to day - there would be a big advantage to increase the size of our acquisition if the partnership worked out.

How did this deal go? do you have more investors in Austin? I have recently moved to Austin and started looking for investments (Cash+smart capital for someone who is SBA qualified) along with acquisitions.
