Hi ^redacted‌ - My firm is based in NYC (office in Battery Park) and we have offices in NJ as well. I have done a ton of manufacturing deals (and I have PE-side experience in that space as well). My firm also represents most of the regional banks in the northeast/mid Atlantic, so can provide warm intros for financing, if assistance is needed on that front.
