Attorney that specializes in Equity comp for execs

Hi all, Looking to see if there are any attorneys here who have experience with executive level compensation packages that includes equity, phantom stock, and LTIP programs. My wife’s employer is looking to sell his company and need advice on how to proceed with equity package. Any help would be appreciated.
