Attorney Recommendations in SoCal

Looking for a buy side attorney recommendation, SoCal (San Diego or Orange County preferred). I'm a self funded searcher starting the LOI process on a service based business (property/HOA management) in the sub $1M SDE range. I'm looking for counsel who has actually closed SBA financed acquisitions at this size. If you've worked with someone in California who moved fast and was easy to work with as buy side counsel, I would really appreciate the name. Happy to compare notes on the process too if anyone here has closed something similar recently. Thanks in advance.
