Attorney Recommendations for Super Small acquisition

Hi all = Looking for an attorney recommendation for a very small acquisition ~300k, so not looking to spend at lot on legal, just very basic CYA review work. Acquisition is in MA.

Michael - you have a lot of good options here. Here's one more: I've done a lot of small deals (I prefer them for a lot of reasons) and I've got a process for doing what we can do to get them done quickly and efficiently within my firm, SMB Law Group.

The potential fly ln the ointment, of course, is Seller and Seller's counsel. That, in addition to finding a lawyer that can scale down from the outset on a smaller deal, is the real key to keeping legal costs under control a small deal. Good luck!
