Just did a demo with Zoominfo and they quoted something like $16,000 annually for their service. On the pricey side for my self-funded search. What other similar services out there are cost efficient but also effective in helping source potential deals?

I've been using Zoom info for 6 months at a family office I'm currently working at. We talked them down to $10k for three licenses. It's a decent tool, however I wouldn't personally pay for it when I do my self-funded search. The data quality is not the best, although no tool has perfect data quality. I'm going to personally rely on free dabases (Data axle, A to Z, ppp loan data). And supplement those with pay per lead services from freelancers.
