Hi all - for the operators out there, could you please share your HR software and/or Applicant Tracking System? We are looking for a new solution, with recruiting and applicant tracking features being the most important right now. Most of what we've looked at so far has been geared towards much larger enterprises and priced accordingly, so I'm looking for something that work well for the ~30-60 employee range. Thanks!

I've been through multiple "best of breed" processes to pick the right ATS and have found a "great" one still doesn't exist. There are good options but too often the technical developers are enabled to make assumptions of how the ATS needs to flow. This flow needs to come from the business and then the developers need to execute that flow. We ultimately selected Bullhorn.
An enterprising and entrepreneurial individual could still create the markets best ATS with the right people to guide that process.
