ATS / HR Software - what do you use

Hi all - for the operators out there, could you please share your HR software and/or Applicant Tracking System? We are looking for a new solution, with recruiting and applicant tracking features being the most important right now. Most of what we've looked at so far has been geared towards much larger enterprises and priced accordingly, so I'm looking for something that work well for the ~30-60 employee range. Thanks!

Your selection of an ATS should be based on a number of factors including; who will be using the ATS; what is your candidate volume; is it being used more for tracking or sourcing; filing internal roles or keeping track of consultants who can provide services to external clients.

I've been through multiple "best of breed" processes to pick the right ATS and have found a "great" one still doesn't exist. There are good options but too often the technical developers are enabled to make assumptions of how the ATS needs to flow. This flow needs to come from the business and then the developers need to execute that flow. We ultimately selected Bullhorn.

An enterprising and entrepreneurial individual could still create the markets best ATS with the right people to guide that process.
