Associate (San Francisco)

Footbridge Partners is looking to hire an Associate to focus primarily on originating, cultivating and evaluating high quality proprietary deal flow. Deal origination is the lifeblood of any private equity firm, and the Associate will collaborate closely with the Firm’s two partners in developing investment theses, building and reaching out to a pipeline of potential targets, and evaluating actionable opportunities. The Associate will also assist in negotiating, structuring, and conducting due diligence on deal opportunities that become more serious. This is a great opportunity for contemplating launching a search fund in the coming years and/or looking to break into private equity!
