Our Private Equity virtual internship is UNPAID; a letter of recommendation or class credit can be provided if accepted at your university. Coltala Holdings Associate Internship Program: Coltala is seeking a part-time associate, virtual, intern. This role will provide a comprehensive, first-hand experience, including: running the investment process and all that goes into finding, acquiring, and subsequently running a company. Responsibilities and tasks will vary but will focus on: Process Development/Management: - Develop, manage and implement systems and processes for scalable sourcing, outreach and assessment efforts Due Diligence: - Assist in diligence including financial, legal, contract and operational review Company Analysis: - Research companies to understand their products, suppliers, competitors and customers Financial Analysis: - What can we learn from the company’s financial statements and what price should we pay? Required Qualifications: - Graduate students (MBA, J.D., Master’s in Finance strongly preferred) - An entrepreneurial, energetic, optimistic attitude with a strong work ethic - Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail - Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral - Strong Excel skills - A keen interest in finance, private equity, and entrepreneurship - A strong understanding of financial statements Application Process - Click here to take the Culture Index Survey (5-7 minutes).
