I’m currently evaluating the assisted living / memory care market in Arizona (primarily Phoenix / Scottsdale) as a potential acquisition and would really value perspective from anyone who has actually owned and operated in the state. I’m early in diligence but serious about the space and thinking long-term hold rather than flip. Would appreciate connecting with anyone willing to share insight

I have some understanding as a RE assets and have helped with a deal where we supported the sellers. The operations side of it is different.
