Asset Light E-Commerce Funding

We are under LOI on an e-commerce company doing $50m in sales and $6m in EBITDA. The business model is asset light and the company drop ships high-AOV household appliances. 100% US-based business. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations for cash flow lenders willing to lend into the space? SBICs, mezz and debt funds are welcome. We are looking for a $15m facility. Further add-ons are possible.

We have had negative experiences with loan brokers and would prefer to deal directly with our financing sources.

Where is the company located? as most bank are diving head first into the C&I world and moving away from CRE, many commercial banks prefer cash flow lending as long as they can mitigate the lack of asserts as collateral.
