I prefer human verified data over purchasing seats for something like Zoominfo. Very expensive and more than you will ever need. You can send a list to Whistle and they will enrich it and validate the emails and call the phone numbers to validate them as well. Only pay for what you need and its 100% accurate >> https://callwhistle.com/whistle-data/

Choosing CRM is a no brainer. HubSpot all day through their program with Searchfunder. If you have a really complicated business setup and need integrations with proprietary software and legacy ERP's then SFDC may be a better fit.

Am tasked finding the answer to the similar question, from another angle. The Exit Academy is putting together the list of the most relevant topics - and the coaches for these topics for###-###-#### The Academy is funded by the EU and free for the entrepreneurs and investors - the goal of the EU is to improve the M&A for EU companies. When you find out the most requested topic, and would know who'd be a good coach on this, please let me know.
