Ok I will say it, I am an expert in MSPs. Its not uncommon for a Franchise MSP to look at purchasing others. Their number are typically not as good, because they need to consider the purchase price of the MSP *** AND *** the Franchise fee. The franchise is basically a consultant for the franchisee, and takes care of a few of the business operations sectors/disciplines for them.
