You will not do my book keeping. You might do my taxes, but probably not. What you will do is advise on accounting for 2 existing businesses, go-forward business structuring, and more. Put simply, you'll be my tax/accounting wingman to explore options, structures, trade-offs etc of various business structures, accounting/deductions, and how these intersect with my total financial picture.
Topics include but aren't limited to:
A) Creating an entity to hold and raise capital for investing/acquiring SMB
B) Considerations of having above entity own or have majority stake and operating influence for 2 existing owned LLCs in different industries
C) Creating a non-profit
D) Creating a family office
E) General tax and accounting guidance on the little things. ex: there are reasons for NOT taking bonus depreciation on the company vehicles purchased this year...you're adept at modeling these "what-ifs".
