Are there lenders on here that would do the SBA 7a "Express" loan?

This is not the "standard" SBA 7a loan but for smaller companies where the limits are lower (<$350K loan amount)?) but interest rates are higher (>7%). If so, please comment and will contact you. Thanks in advance.
