Are there any WBE and MBE here for JV venture?

I am on the look out for a partner firm with these accreditations: Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). This firm should have over three years of solid financial track records for us to be prequalified. The RFP response has deadline of 1st Jun 2026 and largely the scope is for any Digital marketing agency responsible for end-to-end bill management (mail processing, payment gateway, accounting, website maintenance). My firm already has solutions for these deliverables but do not meet above qualifications. DM at###-###-#### if you have these qualifications and open for JV.

This is malpractice in my judgement. I am a WBE but if someone approached me with this I would report them. You are not the only one doing it though.

The bidder allows this JV partnership approach per RFP. This is one of the city in the USA and not Canada.
