Nick's building quite a portfolio of self storage facilities and also does consulting work for those seriously interested in operating/investing in self storage

I have a client looking to develop a storage facility in TN and I would love to speak to someone who has built a facility from the ground up. We would also sell the deal to a national operator if we could.
