I have a deal under LOI. $5M EV. Wondering if there are any lawyers that work on a contingency basis or with flexible terms.

Not on contingency but can roll fees once a deal closes. Ask @redacted‌

I've never seen this in the search ecosystem but a lot do collect the lion share of the fees after the deal closes
