Are there any failed searchers willing to chat?

It has been helpful to chat with active searchers and searchers who have closed on an acquisition. In an effort to avoid confirmation bias, I am looking to connect with searchers who searched but did not acquire a company. If anyone on here falls into this bucket, I would love to chat and hear about your story and any lessons you learned along the way.

Define 'Failed.' Still looking, but making money in the progress and investing in other Search Funds is where I fall. I have been a business owner before and still am (I guess a 'serial searcher'?), but am also looking in the 1-2M EBITDA range with most self-financed and geographically constrained. But I am have also built some software and consulting. DM me b/c I think you are overthinking.

I can tell you enough stories to keep you awake all night.. But, put more attention into learning what you need to do so you don't fail. There are so many reasons why searchers fail that probably don't apply to your situation.
