Opportunity to be involved at all stages of direct sourcing, including finding existing businesses, filtering them against pre-defined criteria (location, industry, cash flow), drafting introductory emails, sending letters to business owners, and initiating follow-up calls. Preference given to MBA level or very strong undergrads who plan to do the eta route themselves and have taken ETA courses at the graduate level.
