Anyone have experience in the architecture industry or with architecture firm rollups? would love to chat if you’re open to it. Cons: extreme owner dependence, limited recurring revenue, construction/interest rate exposure. want to pressure-test assumptions and understand what works irl. Appreciate any intros or perspectives.

I am also searching for companies to do a roll up, to plug in my architecture nearshore staff, as a stabilizing growth models to retain existing firm knowledge while averaging down labor costs as we scale.
