architectural millwork + wood products manufacturing roll up

Unique opportunity. I am acquiring a second company through a multi-year earn in in order to create a larger platform. In the early phases of due diligence now, so financials will be coming once fully vetted, but there are very significant synergies which should be "low hanging fruit" that will make this merger very attractive for a growth play. I will be looking to bring in from $100-$200K in outside capital as preferred equity. Acquired company will have no SBA debt, although there is a possibility to use SBA or non SBA debt to refinance the sellers out in year 3. I am not looking for debt financing or loan brokers at this point.
