This architectural firm is established in two locations – there is a main office space in Tulsa, Oklahoma and a second office space in NYC. Serving a 100 mile radius around NYC and a larger radius in Tulsa, this firm is regionally based and has chosen to become an expert in three architectural areas: higher education (30%), K-12 education (30%), and multifamily (30%). The remaining (10%) of work is allotted to miscellaneous projects. This expertise allows the firm to win projects even when pitted against national firms, and as a result the firm is booked out with work through 2022, and is currently scheduling work in###-###-#### There are 24 staff members, including the two owners. The employees include a CFO, a marketing director, programmers, planners, and interior designers. There are also architectural interns. All employees are full-time and experienced. As a demonstration of faith in the business, 10% seller financing and 15% equity roll is being offered. Both owners will stay on until retirement as the new owner comes on, with one owner staying for 3+ years and the second owner expecting 7+ years.
