Hi all, Before my search has formally started, a broker approached me with companies far below the size I am looking for. They do not fit what I am setting out to buy, but I now know that brokers exist in my market, at least at the small end. A question for searchers who have been there: did you keep off-target sources warm, and did any of them later bring you a deal that fit? In return: with no databases in my market, I built my target list from national tax and statistics registers. Happy to share how I did it with anyone searching where Grata does not reach.
