Applicable SMB taxes in TX

I am considering acquisition of a s-corp in Texas which currently only pays payroll taxes. If I purchase the s-corp with an LLC, what are the other taxes I should consider? Franchise taxes, any other business taxes?

I know Texas has lower business and personal tax requirements than other states. Any help here is appreciated.
